Adeboye Abiodun

Adeboye Abiodun, a talented artist born on December 24th, hails from Apomu, Osun State, Nigeria, but was raised in the vibrant city of Ibadan, Oyo State.

A seeker of artistic knowledge and expression, Abiodun embarked on his educational journey at Yaba College of Technology, where he earned his National Diploma in General Arts with a specialization in painting. His thirst for artistic excellence led him to pursue a Higher National Diploma in painting at the same institution.

Abiodun's artistic journey has seen him participate in various competitions and group exhibitions, showcasing his exceptional talent to the world. Notable among these are the Paddy Art Gallery drawing competition in collaboration with MITV in Ibadan in 2017, an event that marked the beginning of his artistic ascent. He has also made his mark internationally, with exhibitions like "Art as a Response to Mental Health" in Doncaster, UK, and the Brooklyn Ubuciko Festival in New York.

Drawing inspiration from a rich tapestry of memories, culture, the passage of time, and the realm of fiction, Adeboye Abiodun infuses his works with a unique vibrancy. His art serves as a vessel for viewers to not only witness but also immerse themselves in the captivating stories woven into each piece.
